Company Section - Activities 7 aside Football
A squad of eight players represented us in the Battalion 7-a-side football tournament at Beltoy on the 15th October. With Ross Jamison as captain, the other players were Ethan Moore, Andrew Thompson, Own McAuley, Cameron Boyce, Jamie McDowell, Nicholas Lawrence and Jake McCully
It was an unusual tournament in that we drew three matches (all 0 - 0) and only had one defeat to the eventual champions, 1st Greenisland.
Despite these good performances, we finished fourth in the five-team league.
Man of the Tournament for 8th Carrick : Cameron Boyce.
